Outbuilding Renovation, Leigh

For this project, our customer had an old outbuilding in their garden and wanted to turn it into a usable space for guests to sleep in when visiting. The project included the installation of a mezzanine floor for sleeping space, extensive insulation, new windows, and a new roof with an added skylight. The customer opted for a rustic textured plaster finish on the walls and a reclaimed brick floor, maintaining the charm and character of the old building.
